In case you’re new and don’t know anything about my history, here’s the scoop. I recently completed an ambitious and slightly insane project. I ate one new food every day for 365 days straight, then blogged about it, starting here. There were a lot of rules for this endeavor, which you can find here. I had to complete one new entry every day before midnight, which was easy on some days and almost impossible on others.
Despite incredible odds, I managed to finish. I highly recommend reading the entire blog if you have time – it will give you much more insight into how involved this project was, and it definitely shows how I got to where I am now. I hope you enjoy…
